Diante de tais desafios, buscamos provocar reflex\u00f5es sobre as possibilidades de mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do conceito de insubordina\u00e7\u00e3o criativa nas pr\u00e1ticas docentes dos professores e gestores. O cerne das ideias para a cria\u00e7\u00e3o do conceito de insubordina\u00e7\u00e3o criativa se pauta nos estudos do soci\u00f3logo Merton, na d\u00e9cada de 60. Na \u00e1rea de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, na d\u00e9cada de 80, pesquisadores de Chicago o utilizaram para investigar atua\u00e7\u00f5es de diretores de escolas em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s inst\u00e2ncias superiores com o objetivo de diluir os efeitos desumanizantes de ordens autorit\u00e1rias e impessoais.
